NEXT For Autism has been a supporter of the New York Child Learning Institute for over 10 years. Recently, the New York Collaborates for Autism provided a grant to support NYCLI’s pilot program to enable young adults with autism to participate in job readiness activities. As a result, NYCLI’s young adults are successfully participating in an apprenticeship program. The Knights of York have been a strong supporter of the New York Child Learning Institute for over 19 years. The Knights are devoted to contributing services and donations to lesser-known charities that show a need and demonstrate a true commitment to helping children. They have also donated much needed office furniture and classroom equipment, and have upgraded a kitchen for NYCLI’s children. Michael Gordon Foundation has been an invaluable supporter of the New York Child Learning Institute. For over 10 years, the Michael Gordon Foundation has been instrumental in the creation of two new classrooms for young children diagnosed with autism. The Foundation has also been instrumental in purchasing equipment that enables us to engage in our research. The New York Child Learning Institute continues to rely on the Michael Gordon Foundation’s generosity and support.
Create Hope Foundation's founders have chaired Black Tie fundraising affairs, golf outings, and cigar nights, as well as have organized Toys for Tots and Santa visits to local children’s hospitals. Their efforts spanned over twenty-years, and they successfully participated in raising thousands of dollars that were distributed to the New York Child Learning Institute.
